It's not a health requirement to wear gloves. You can be nasty with gloves on just as much as off. Hand washing, regularly, is good enough. Besides, you can see straight into the kitchen there and I've never seen anything nasty or gross. Always clean. I've eaten there for over 20 and I've never had a problem. I've worked in the food industry for many years and as a as a manager, and I ALWAYS pay attetion. They are a great place to eat.
